     General Information



We are PC-formatted and use CorelDraw or Adobe Illustrator. Quotes are based on CAMERA-READY art of company logo provided by client.  All copy must be converted to outlines and include all fonts and be VECTOR art.  RASTER art (jpeg, tiff, bitmap, etc.) can be submitted however, this type of file may need to be cleaned-up by our art deparatment.  Any degree of re-touching necessary to obtain a quality imprint may incur additional charges.  Client will be notified prior to proceeding.


Cancellations - Returns

Cancellations must be in writing.  Cancellation of an order in process will be subject to all costs incurred to date and a cancellation charge of $50.00.


Returns must be authorized by factory.  Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of product.  Returns made without factory authorization will not be accepted.


Copy Limitations

Actual size of imprint area will vary depending on size and placement of cut-outs.  Copy changes (i.e. different name, address, phone number, etc.) will incur a $15.00 per copy change and a minimum of 50 pieces per change.


Material & Material Color

Standard plastic is .030 gauge transparent clear or green with a matte finish one one side and polished on the back side. 


Other material colors and thicknesses is available.  Contact factory for quote.


Over-Runs & Under-Runs

Due to our manufacturing process, factory reserves the right to overship or undership up to 10% of quantity ordered and bill accordingly.


Packaging  & Shipping

Standard packaging - bulk in bundles of 50 or 100.  For special packaging contact factory for price.

Shipping:  F.O.B. factory in Texas.  Freight pre-paid and billed accordingly or client may provide UPS or Fed-Ex account number.


Standard shipping method is UPS GROUND unless client requests other arrangements.


Multiple drop shiment locations (3 or more) will be charged $3.00 per location.
